What you will do

• Ensure safe, reliable 24/7 operation and maintenance of electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed gases, water, building controls, and security systems.
• Develop and implement technical operating strategies, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency plans, inspections, and facility availability improvements.
• Monitor IFM provider performance and ensure effective implementation of maintenance strategies and contractual tools.
• Own monitoring of building systems and BMS/CMMS/CAFM platforms, analyze performance data and trends, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, inspection, certification, and lease-related technical obligations.
• Support facility projects by reviewing designs, validating infrastructure requirements, coordinating system handovers, and working with site leadership, EHS, engineering, FM teams, landlords, contractors, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in technical facility management or building operations, ideally in industrial or high-tech environments.
• Good to very good written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, utility, and security systems.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS/CAFM systems, data-driven performance management, and relevant standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
