Director Product Marketing (Semiconductor)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $163,016.40–$244,524.60 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Create and implement product marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Define market requirements, product strategy, product requirements, and value-based pricing.
• Lead market research, identify customer needs, and track competitive product offerings.
• Develop product definitions, business plans, positioning, marketing plans, and go-to-market materials.
• Collaborate with sales on demand generation and customer demonstrations.
• Define tool configurations, support upgrades, communicate customer feedback to engineering and manufacturing, and manage the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of product marketing management experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, devices, materials, or capital equipment.
• Experience in Advanced Logic, DRAM, or Foundry markets is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a technical master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Technology-minded, collaborative, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong research, customer insight, creative thinking, structured thinking, and marketing strategy execution skills.
• English proficiency sufficient to read, write, comprehend, and speak English for job functions.
