Salesforce & CPQ Analyst (Part-Time)

Location: Fully remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $30,000–$45,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Administer and optimize Salesforce Lightning objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
• Support Salesforce org health through data cleanup, access reviews, storage and backup monitoring, and sandbox management.
• Maintain Salesforce CPQ product catalogs, price books, bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and document generation.
• Support pricing updates, CPQ enhancements, releases, migrations, testing, validation, and data integrity checks.
• Document legacy configurations, workflows, product structures, pricing logic, processes, and best practices.
• Provide user guidance, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement support while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Lightning configuration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ products, price books, bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, releases, migrations, and Workflow-to-Flow transitions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce org health practices, including data cleanup, security and access reviews, and sandbox management.
• Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with advanced Salesforce CPQ features, Flow, and automation tools.
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based businesses and complex pricing models.
