Associate Project Manager (Construction)

Location: In-person role based out of the Brooklyn, NY office; site visits and field coordination as needed.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annual salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and weekly updates covering schedules, scope, and risks.
• Coordinate architects, general contractors, consultants, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Track budgets, commitments, invoices, change orders, long-lead items, delivery dates, and installation readiness.
• Conduct site visits and punch walks, document open items, and follow up on resolutions.
• Track permitting submissions and approvals, including coordination with permit expediters, agencies, municipalities, and hearings.
• Support meetings, decision tracking, punchlists, turnover documentation, and project closeout.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting construction, facilities, engineering, or similar project-based work; internships and co-ops are welcomed.
• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, process documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to visit project sites and support field coordination when required.
• Comfort using Asana or similar project-tracking tools, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
