PMO Lead

What you will do

• Lead programme governance, reporting and management information processes across a complex customer transformation programme.
• Manage and continuously improve RAID processes covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Provide challenge and delivery assurance on programme data, reporting accuracy and risk management activities.
• Prepare and facilitate governance forums, customer reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Track actions, decisions and deliverables to ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Develop PMO standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting capability across the wider PMO community.

Requirements

• Proven experience establishing, managing and improving governance and reporting frameworks within complex programmes.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ownership of robust RAID management processes, including proactive challenge and escalation.
• Experience transforming or maturing PMO functions in customer-facing programme environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, action tracking and programme coordination skills.
• UK Security Clearance eligibility is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale transformation, change or managed service programmes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing PMO teams.
• Experience supporting Programme Directors or senior delivery leaders in complex customer environments.
• Knowledge of recognised project and programme management methodologies and governance best practices.
• Experience in government, public sector or highly regulated environments.
