Security Architect (Robotics)

Location: Redwood City, United States; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead software security across hirify.global’s robotics product lines.
• Write and review code, audit security policies, and maintain security guidelines and incident plans.
• Work with auditors, prospects, customers, software and DevOps engineers, Operations, and Customer Success to demonstrate and enforce compliance.
• Analyze security requirements, mentor software developers, and communicate secure development practices.
• Apply modern DevOps and SecOps tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Background in information security, software supply chain security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance at a software company.
• Multiple years of real-world production experience, including work with auditors and customer InfoSec or IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of Modern C++ and Python.
• Experience with Git and modern CI pipelines, plus strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network security.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Previous startup experience.
