Sr.Manager - Cross Cutting Integration

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, company events, and travel are required.

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for diagnostics, OTA integration, vehicle cybersecurity, testing, and release across EV platforms.
• Own end-to-end system integration, validation, production readiness, and release sign-off for vehicle software.
• Integrate ECU diagnostics using UDS and DoIP, multi-ECU OTA orchestration, rollback and recovery, secure boot, authentication, and encryption.
• Define validation strategies across SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level testing, including regression planning, failure handling, and security validation.
• Establish release quality gates and track integration KPIs such as defect leakage, build stability, bus-load margins, and software flash success rates.
• Coordinate with embedded software, EE architecture, network integration, cloud OTA, vehicle integration, validation, manufacturing, service, and field-support teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture, ECU software stacks, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS diagnostics, and automotive communication tools.
• Expertise with Jira, GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and ALM/PLM tools such as Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS Next Gen, or PTC Windchill.
• Experience developing and verifying plant and control models in MATLAB/Simulink for HIL environments, including dSPACE ControlDesk and AutomationDesk.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, A2B, Automotive Ethernet, LVDS, CANalyzer, CANoe, and vehicle network tools.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve complex cross-domain problems, own program milestones, and operate in high-pressure vehicle launch environments.
