Corporate Finance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Support fundraising activities, including future private financings and IPO preparation.
• Develop and evaluate financing structures for AI infrastructure deployments and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze capital structure alternatives, including debt, structured equity, and project financing.
• Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities.
• Support M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development activities.
• Prepare materials for management, the Board, and investors.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, infrastructure finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills.
• Experience working with complex financing structures.
• Interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and deep technology.
