Investment Banking Analyst / Associate (Korea Advisory)

Location: Seoul, South Korea (Onsite)

What you will do

• Develop and strengthen client relationships within the Korea Advisory team across various industry coverages.
• Create and analyze complex financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis.
• Execute a full range of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity/fixed income issuances.
• Organize and prepare client presentations detailing industry trends and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in structuring transactions and managing the end-to-end transaction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Korean.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment.
