Advisory Specialist I, Risk & Audit (GRC)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: CAD 56,000–70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver customer-requested audit, risk, compliance, and related GRC services on time and to quality standards.
• Review client documentation, capture requirements, and support discovery workshops.
• Translate client needs into technical design documents and configure and iterate hirify.global One prototypes.
• Provide enablement training and technical guidance to help customers gain more value from the platform.
• Document customer-specific standard operating procedures and maintain issue logs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and implementation teams to route and resolve service requests.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
• Ability to engage customer personnel in solution discussions involving compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management.
• Strong interest in compliance, vendor management, information security, and/or risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight timeframes in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, compliance management, legal and ethics, supply chain management, engineering, information security, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
