Resource Manager, Customer Success

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite 4–5 days per week

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Build and own the USPS resource management practice, including scalable staffing processes and supporting systems.
• Allocate consultants across sold and pipeline engagements based on skills, availability, and development goals.
• Run weekly demand, bench, and conflict-resolution reviews and escalate competing staffing needs.
• Manage the consultant bench, forecast roll-offs and capacity risks, and recommend actions to leadership.
• Manage subcontractor relationships while considering capacity, profitability, clearance, and LCAT requirements.
• Monitor utilization and project timelines, connecting staffing decisions to bench cost, services margin, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in resource management, staffing and deployment, or workforce planning within professional services, consulting, or technology services.
• Experience building processes and systems from the ground up and staffing 250+ billable professionals across concurrent engagements.
• Direct experience with U.S. Public Sector engagements, LCAT structures, and cleared personnel management.
• Fluency in utilization, bench cost, services margin, and related services economics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and hands-on experience with a PSA or resource management platform.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, analytical, and alignment-building skills; bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
• Experience administering a PSA or resource management platform.
• Familiarity with process automation software and hirify.global.
