Resource Manager

Location: Remote from anywhere in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Lead resource planning, staffing, allocation, and utilization activities across North America.
• Match consultants to projects and upcoming opportunities based on skills, availability, development goals, and business priorities.
• Analyze workforce trends, forecasts, utilization, workload distribution, and capacity constraints.
• Identify capability gaps and provide workforce readiness, certification planning, and hiring recommendations.
• Improve resource management processes and systems, including Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, and Anaplan.
• Advise Delivery, Sales, Operations, People, Finance, and Talent Acquisition leaders while coaching junior Resource Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Consulting Operations, or a similar function.
• Experience balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, teams, and geographies.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, and Anaplan.

Nice to have

• Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology organizations.
