Recruiter – Americas (US & LATAM)

Location: Americas, with a primary focus on the US and LATAM markets. Hybrid working is available, with the option to work remotely and from abroad for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the US and LATAM, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent profiles, recruiting strategies, and hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Assess candidates and deliver an inclusive, engaging candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting expertise to stakeholders.
• Support targeted talent sourcing initiatives and improve recruiting processes with the global Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, communications, fintech, or another fast-paced industry.
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market; LATAM recruiting experience is highly valued.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders and recruiting for technical and/or commercial roles.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, passive candidate recruiting, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within a global technology company or across both US and LATAM talent markets.
• Background in SaaS, CPaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, fintech, or communications technology.
• Experience supporting senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
