Senior Emulation Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Israel

Company

Develops semiconductor-based connectivity solutions and software for rack-scale AI infrastructure, integrating technologies such as CXL, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe, and UALink.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end emulation flows from high-level model generation and RTL synthesis through system-level testing and silicon-accurate debugging.
• Implement emulation methodologies on Zebu, Palladium, or Veloce platforms.
• Maintain and improve emulation flows to reduce compile times and increase execution speed.
• Drive model bring-up, identify complex bugs, and establish functional stability through systematic debugging.
• Own technical blocks independently and deliver them to completion.
• Partner with Firmware, Software, Validation, Design, and Verification teams on hardware-software integration and emulation strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on emulation experience in semiconductor companies.
• Deep experience with large-scale chip emulation using Zebu, Palladium, or Veloce.
• Strong SystemVerilog experience for developing, testing, and debugging complex SoC designs.
• Experience developing and maintaining flows for building, running, and debugging emulation models.
• Ability to own technical blocks and drive them to completion independently.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with EDA tools for lint, clock-domain crossing, simulation, and synthesis.
• Python or TCL scripting for automation and flow improvements.
• Experience with Verdi or similar debug environments.
• Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, or UALink protocols and hardware-software co-verification.
