What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a hirify.global Brand Ambassador and implement company initiatives across store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold the team accountable for goals, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Build a customer-centric culture through clienteling, relationship development, HR support, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, collaboration, customer focus, and people-development skills.
