Agent Product Managers (AI)

What you will do

• Design, launch, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents with customers and engineers.
• Represent customer needs internally and ensure agent experiences deliver measurable business value.
• Translate customer workflows and recurring needs into product roadmap priorities.
• Identify new product use cases, build business cases, and expand successful deployments into broader relationships.
• Lead QBRs, manage escalations, and align executive stakeholders around clear action plans.
• Coordinate engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to remove blockers and deliver results on aggressive timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience translating complex workflows into measurable product outcomes.
• Fluency with BI and SQL tools, plus a working understanding of APIs, integrations, and data.
• Ability to define success metrics, build feedback loops, and use data to prioritize product improvements.
• Strong customer empathy, communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes issues and align multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI agents, automation, or workflow products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, or technical consulting.
• Technical or quantitative degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
