Portfolio Strategy Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Track benefits, outcomes, strategic alignment, and portfolio health across initiatives and strategic themes.
• Coordinate portfolio governance forums, prepare review materials, track decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Develop portfolio-level dashboards and reporting covering RAG distribution, benefit realization, capacity usage, and strategic contribution.
• Generate strategic insights, trend analyses, and scenario models to support prioritization, rebalancing, and investment decisions.
• Identify portfolio-level risks, resource conflicts, dependencies, and mitigation trends across teams, themes, and platforms.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and corporate leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, business operations, PMO, product operations, or related strategic roles.
• Experience in technology-driven or digital product organizations and agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making with data-driven insights, structured governance, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives or transformation programs, including portfolio governance, investment planning, benefits realization, or enterprise planning.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, and Commercial functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
