Program Management Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite role

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Support delivery of enterprise product programs through tracking, scheduling, documentation, and delivery-plan maintenance.
• Coordinate activities across product, technology, engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Maintain program artifacts, trackers, and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Power BI.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate blockers when needed.
• Organize program meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Prepare status updates and governance materials, lead smaller initiatives or pilots, and support modern delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery or business operations, or program support.
• Familiarity with enterprise project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience or exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
