Sr Manager/Manager (Record-to-Report)

hirify.global is hiring for a record-to-report finance leadership role supporting multiple entities worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead the setup and operational management of record-to-report functions within the CAO.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and financial reporting support.
• Drive standardization, process optimization, documentation, and internal control improvements across global finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and SOX requirements while supporting internal and external audits.
• Partner with business units, FP&A, tax, treasury, and external auditors; develop KPIs, close calendars, and service delivery metrics.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, and finance transformation initiatives while building and mentoring the RTR organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
• 18+ years of relevant experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, general ledger accounting, closing activities, financial controls, and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP or Oracle, with exposure to system implementation or process transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience with US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with SSC setup, transitions, or finance transformation projects.
