Senior QA Engineer (Manual+Automation)

What you will do

• Perform manual exploratory and regression testing of web applications and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or an equivalent modern UI automation tool.
• Design and analyze automated tests for web UI, REST APIs, and database validation.
• Implement AI-assisted or agent-driven testing strategies to improve coverage and reduce maintenance.
• Use Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics to monitor application performance and identify QA issues.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners during weekly release cycles.

Requirements

• English: B2+/C1 with clear written and verbal communication for client coordination.
• Strong manual testing experience and knowledge of test design techniques.
• Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, or an equivalent framework.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agent-driven testing.
• Practical Grafana and Prometheus experience, plus strong MySQL and SQL knowledge for test data setup and result verification.
• Working knowledge of Git and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
