Senior Fullstack Engineer (Ingeniero/a de Software Fullstack Senior) - Hybrid

What you will do

• Design and build backend services for sign-up, KYB/KYC, document collection, verification orchestration, and account activation.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces that simplify complex compliance processes and reduce customer friction.
• Own integrations with identity verification, document validation, and business data providers through resilient internal APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Risk, and Compliance to turn regulatory requirements and activation goals into product experiences.
• Use AI tools for coding, debugging, automation, and improving manual review workflows.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, pairing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong Java and Spring ecosystem experience, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch, with willingness to work across React frontend development.
• Experience architecting scalable distributed systems and microservices for financial products.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, Kafka, asynchronous patterns, and error handling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern development tooling.
• English proficiency sufficient to lead technical discussions across geographies, plus strong autonomy, ownership, and mentoring skills.
