Senior/Master Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

Location: Remote from Brazil

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into technical designs and end-to-end working features.
• Build Python backend services, REST APIs, external integrations, and React interfaces for complex enterprise workflows.
• Design resilient systems with asynchronous processing, retries, fault tolerance, message queues, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop reusable UI components and design-system contributions with Storybook, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Support production systems by investigating bugs, troubleshooting issues, and improving observability with OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and engineering standards while using AI tools with review and accountability.

Requirements

• Advanced English and clear communication skills.
• Production experience across both backend and frontend development.
• Python, REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, PostgreSQL, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Git.
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous processing, message queues, workflow orchestration such as Temporal, and distributed-system resilience patterns.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry or Grafana, Terraform, Storybook, Playwright, design systems, and REST integration.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization including OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC, plus production troubleshooting and accessibility.

Nice to have

• AI or LLM integrations and enterprise SaaS experience.
• Jest or Cypress experience.
• Experience with design systems at scale and cloud frontend deployments.
