develops a factory operations management SaaS platform that helps industrial teams identify bottlenecks, synchronize processes, and manage supply chain disruptions across manufacturing environments.
What you will do
- Design and improve deployment architecture across Kubernetes, Docker, single VMs, private clouds, and air-gapped environments using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Standardize installation, upgrades, and operational tooling to create reliable one-click deployments for enterprise customers.
- Build monitoring, diagnostics, self-remediation capabilities, and operational runbooks to improve platform reliability and observability.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, troubleshoot production incidents, and automate operational improvements.
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure practices, and deployment workflows across the company.
- Support GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness, regulated aerospace and defense deployments, and AI-assisted infrastructure engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and modern deployment practices.
- Software engineering experience, ideally with Java, plus an automation-first mindset.
- Experience with on-call rotations, production incident troubleshooting, and platform reliability improvement.
- Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, or engineering productivity workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, supply chain, or other industrial environments.
- Exposure to security, compliance, GovCloud, FedRAMP, or air-gapped infrastructure.
- Customer-facing or forward-deployed engineering experience.
