Senior DevOps Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own network architecture, including environment segregation, service communication patterns, and infrastructure security design.
• Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code and build GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD or equivalent tools.
• Operate and improve observability across metrics, logs, distributed tracing, incident response, reliability, and system performance.
• Embed DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, lead root-cause analysis, optimize cost efficiency, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, GitOps, and ArgoCD or an equivalent solution.
• Experience designing network architecture, automating infrastructure, and managing configuration.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go, with a deep understanding of Linux systems and networking.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, cloud security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or DevSecOps environments.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and identity and access management.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or other secrets management tools.
• Background in incident response and security operations.
