Manufacturing Specialist, Weekday Day Shift (Additive Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Weekday day shift: Monday–Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Hourly pay: $21.90–$30.12 for Level 1, $24.47–$33.65 for Level 2, and $30.91–$42.50 for Level 3.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and verify industrial equipment according to work orders and work instructions.
• Prepare materials for processing, load and unload equipment, and handle fixtures and baskets.
• Inspect and measure production features, documenting results accurately.
• Transfer materials between departments and resolve discrepancies in documentation, records, and counts.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, inventory, and ERP documentation.
• Support 6S, housekeeping, safety, quality, and cross-functional continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 3–5 years of heavy manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to complete forklift operator training and read documents, computer screens, and files.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance, customs documentation, ITAR, or Incoterms.
• Knowledge of 6S.
