Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office 5 days a week

Annual starting salary: $175,000–$220,000 plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is a Series C fintech company using AI and financial infrastructure to help major brands build and operate credit card programs.

What you will do

• Define and continuously refine hirify.global positioning against competitors, legacy processors, and alternative solutions.
• Own website content strategy, structure, and copy, ensuring consistent messaging across public-facing channels.
• Build and maintain sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, and RFP materials.
• Plan go-to-market activities for products, features, and brand partnerships.
• Create external content such as blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn messaging, and support PR opportunities.
• Direct contract designers, agencies, and web resources while owning the strategy, writing, and quality bar.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product marketing experience with ownership of positioning and messaging in a B2B or B2B2C company.
• Experience owning both a company website and sales collateral built from the same narrative.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex financial or technical products to enterprise buyers and consumers.
• Hands-on individual contributor who can create decks, web copy, one-pagers, and other materials independently.
• Experience working iteratively with sales, business development, partnerships, and account management teams.
• Ability to direct external design and creative resources without being the production designer.
