Regulatory Reporting Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, and transaction reporting.
• Assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements and maintain compliant reporting processes.
• Improve, automate, and transform reporting processes, controls, and data quality in collaboration with software engineers.
• Own regulatory reporting aspects of interdisciplinary projects involving new products, services, and geographic expansion.
• Act as a contact for internal and external auditors and regulators.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Degree, preferably with a focus on finance or banking.
• Several years of experience in a comparable financial services role.
• Reliability, attention to detail, strong communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with large data sets; SQL experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German are required.
• Independent working style and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting processes for market-making activities.
• Experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform.
• Interest in applying AI opportunities.
