Manager, Financial & Regulatory Reporting (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Lone Tree, Colorado, United States

Salary: USD $115,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Own the change management process for financial, regulatory, risk, and performance reporting.
• Partner with technology and business teams to automate reporting workflows.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and improve data quality.
• Evaluate complex reporting processes and recommend control and efficiency improvements.
• Help integrate new products into established reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, technology, risk, accounting, and other business teams to strengthen reporting accuracy and data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in banking or financial services, with knowledge of banking products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Data analytics skills, including identifying trends, investigating anomalies, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities independently while meeting critical reporting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial, regulatory, or risk reporting processes.
• Experience applying data governance practices to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and control effectiveness.
• Experience with change management in regulated or business-led development environments.
• Process improvement and scalable workflow optimization experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across technology, product, risk, accounting, and business teams.
