Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Swiss Banking)

What you will do

• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and development of a centralized regulatory database.
• Drive implementation of a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization.
• Prepare, review, and submit SNB statistical reports and FINMA regulatory reports for the Bank and Group.
• Collaborate with IT, Controlling & Risk, and ALM & Treasury on system integration and data quality assurance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt reporting processes to new requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for SNB inquiries and coordinate the Group’s SNB audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar regulatory reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss banking regulatory framework.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with a regulatory reporting solution such as FiRE, Mercury, or an equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data quality control skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with T24, SQL, or Python.
