What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale OneStream CPM implementation from design through go-live.
• Coordinate Finance, SAP S/4HANA teams, and the system integrator to maintain execution alignment.
• Drive milestones, dependencies, delivery risks, scope, quality, and implementation outcomes.
• Lead hands-on design of OneStream dimensional models, consolidation logic, business rules, and reporting structures.
• Analyze and resolve SAP S/4HANA and OneStream integration issues affecting close, consolidation, inventory, and costing.
• Lead defect triage and root-cause resolution during SIT, UAT, parallel close, and go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Finance Technology or Enterprise Systems delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale OneStream implementations covering close, consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience across R2R/FICO, GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany, multi-ledger, and multi-currency environments.
• Experience delivering global programs supporting 200+ users across multiple regions and personally supporting close cycles, reconciliations, and go-live stabilization.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience replacing Oracle FCCS or ARCS with OneStream.
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
• Experience managing Tier-1 system integrators such as Finit, Deloitte, or Accenture.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with OneStream in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
