TL;DR
Site Finance Lead (Finance): Delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stock reporting across several sites with an accent on commercial performance, profitability, and cost savings. Focus on leading audits, managing a small finance team, developing stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Location: Burnley, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 3 days per week on site and 2 days from home. Periodic visits to other sites are required.
Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum plus additional benefits.

is recruiting for an FMCG organisation seeking finance leadership for a site-based operation.
What you will do
- Provide accurate financial reporting for several sites.
- Analyse distribution and labour costs.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and stock reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and present financial information to non-finance personnel.
- Lead internal and external audits and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage and develop a small finance team and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Previous experience in a commercially focused finance role.
- Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the business.
- Ability to present financial information to non-finance personnel.
- Experience managing and developing a finance team.

- Background in manufacturing or logistics.
