Senior Finance Manager

Location: Burnley, United Kingdom; hybrid working with three days per week on site and two days from home. Periodic visits to other sites are required.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum plus additional benefits.

What you will do

• Provide accurate financial reporting for several sites.
• Analyse distribution and labour costs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and stock reporting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and present financial information to non-finance personnel.
• Lead internal and external audits and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop a small finance team and complete ad-hoc project work.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience in a commercially focused finance role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing and developing a finance team.
• Ability to work three days per week on site in Burnley and travel to other sites periodically.
