Business Solutions Architect -Supply Chain

Location: Itasca, Illinois, United States; travel throughout North America up to 50%.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Develop solution strategies aligned with field service and supply chain business models.
• Translate customer challenges into tailored hirify.global Cloud solutions and architectures.
• Lead discovery workshops, define “As-is” and “To-be” states, and deliver Proof of Value demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with functional and technical insights; build custom demos and business models.
• Guide C-level stakeholders through digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting.
• Develop industry toolkits, mentor junior consultants, and represent hirify.global at customer and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales consulting or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, including EAM, FSM, or ERP platforms.
• Experience with business process mapping and complex stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout North America up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cloud or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Solution Selling or Value Engineering methodologies.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
