Manufacturing Specialist - Weekend Nights

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; onsite weekend night shift. Schedule: Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday, 6:00pm–6:30am.

Hourly pay: Level 1 $21.90–$30.12; Level 2 $24.47–$33.65; Level 3 $30.91–$42.50. A 15% shift differential applies to eligible shifts outside standard base-pay shifts.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and verify industrial equipment, including LPBF additive printers, vacuum furnaces, ultrasonic cleaning systems, media blast systems, EDM, and CNC mills.
• Prepare production work, load and unload fixtures and baskets, and transfer materials between departments.
• Inspect and measure product features and document results according to work orders and instructions.
• Resolve discrepancies in documentation, records, counts, inventory, and process information.
• Perform general maintenance, cleaning, organization, and 6S housekeeping.
• Support production, safety, quality, and cross-functional continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work history with 3–5 years of heavy manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to perform essential duties and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to complete forklift operator training and read technical documents, computer screens, and files.
• Ability to follow and enforce health, safety, and quality procedures.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance, customs documentation, ITAR, or Incoterms.
• Knowledge of 6S.
