Manufacturing Technician (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Fremont, CA, United States — on-site. Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Salary: $29.00–$35.00 per hour

hirify.global develops integrated metal additive manufacturing systems combining Sapphire production printers, Flow print preparation software, Assure quality control, and an integrated manufacturing process.

What you will do

• Assemble critical system components for R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Test component performance using advanced metrology equipment.
• Inspect materials and parts for defects and non-conformance.
• Maintain detailed testing records and ensure required materials and subcomponents are available.
• Escalate problems, suggest process improvements, and coordinate component delivery with manufacturing and shipping departments.

Requirements

• At least three years of formal or informal hands-on experience with mechanical systems and components.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must work on-site in Fremont and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots and protective eyewear.

• Experience with metrology equipment or specialized machinery.
• Motivation to identify quality issues and implement improved techniques.
