Procurement Manager Operations

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement activities, including RFx processes, for operational projects.
• Develop and oversee tenders, including scopes of work, bid packages, evaluations, recommendations, and awards.
• Lead contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing supplier administration.
• Support category strategies that deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Manage strategic suppliers across APAC and improve supplier performance and supply chain resilience.
• Partner with Operations and internal stakeholders to align procurement expectations and support day-to-day facility operations.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing procurement strategies, tendering frameworks, and standard methodologies.
• Experience negotiating high-value and complex contracts.
• Commercial experience delivering operational procurement outcomes in mission-critical environments such as data centres, utilities, infrastructure, or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing models, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial, contractual, risk, supply chain, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take end-to-end accountability for procurement categories and projects.
