Strategy & Growth Manager

Location: Full-time hybrid position based in Nashville, Tennessee; must reside in or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Nashville Area and travel regularly within the state.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual company performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead regional growth teams and improve efficiency, workflows, and patient experience.
• Guide business development activities, partnerships, referrals, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Optimize intake operations, including lead management, data collection, and timely qualification.
• Oversee documentation review and collection to qualify families for the program.
• Use data and analytics to refine growth strategies and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with the Tennessee General Manager and cross-functional departments to align execution with state objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, community outreach, growth, or sales-oriented roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives while maintaining strong day-to-day execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to supporting underserved communities.
• Residence in or permanent relocation to the Greater Nashville Area, with regular travel within Tennessee.
