Growth Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity and a $20,000–$30,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Build, optimize, and scale automated pipelines for sourcing experts.
• Grow the expert network from 100,000 to hundreds of thousands and beyond.
• Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and onboard professionals across diverse industries.
• Lead purchasing initiatives in the emerging data acquisition field.
• Expand conference participation and campus partnerships with elite universities and MBA and PhD programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on brand awareness, social media strategy, and product design optimization.

Requirements

• Experience scaling talent networks or marketplaces, recruiting, or outbound sales and lead generation.
• Strong operational execution, resourcefulness, and ability to work through ambiguity and bottlenecks.
• Analytical rigor and comfort with funnel modeling and pipeline analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with GTM tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, scripts, and scrapers.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and operate on a 5–6 day startup cadence.
