Growth Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute playbooks to transition service-based businesses to hypergrowth.
• Engineer high-velocity experimentation programs across messaging, pricing, and sales processes.
• Deploy AI and automation to eliminate manual GTM tasks and improve speed-to-lead.
• Build a robust data foundation, including CRM hygiene, standardized lifecycle stages, and leadership dashboards.
• Standardize GTM infrastructure across acquired firms to accelerate funnel integration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and scaling B2B growth engines (Growth, RevOps, or Performance Marketing).
• Deep expertise in funnel diagnostics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion metrics.
• AI-native mindset with a track record of implementing automation and modern GTM tooling.
• High operational rigor regarding data integrity and process consistency.
• Strong communication skills to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
