What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to support reliability and performance.
• Apply technical knowledge and established best practices to improve infrastructure service delivery.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and relevant technical knowledge.
• Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
