What you will do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during critical service disruptions.
- Manage bridge calls and incident war rooms, driving escalation, prioritization, and resolution decisions.
- Communicate incident status and response actions to technical teams, stakeholders, leadership, and business representatives.
- Maintain complete incident timelines, documentation, contact lists, escalation matrices, and performance reports.
- Develop, test, and improve incident response procedures, playbooks, and plans.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises and implement preventive measures based on incident trends and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing major incidents.
- Experience supporting UK or US clients is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts in Pune.
