Junior Data Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office.

Base salary: 64,000–78,000 RON annual gross, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Collect data relevant to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and anti-bribery and corruption activities, including sanctioned entities and politically exposed people.
• Execute daily data collection tasks using Mozenda or an ingestion tool, HTML, XPath, RegEx, spreadsheets, internal platforms, and AI resources.
• Verify and validate simple data points and escalate anomalies to experienced team members.
• Maintain Jira tickets, source checklists, spreadsheets, and other documentation after each assignment.
• Communicate progress, questions, and blockers to the Tech or Team Lead and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support accurate and efficient task execution.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, support, similar roles, or internships.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, clear communication, and willingness to seek feedback.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with two office days per week.

Nice to have

• Understanding of HTML, RegEx, and XPath.
• Familiarity with other programming languages.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.
