What you will do

• Gather and analyze large datasets to support business strategies across markethirify.global and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Power BI) ensurhirify.global data accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute segmentation and product evaluations.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts to promote best practices within the analytical team.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business drivers and recommend actions for campaign optimization.
• Support the development of advanced analytical frameworks in partnership with Data Scientists and Engineers.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Markethirify.global, Cybernetics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in data analysis, preferably within bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Power BI.
• Strong ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Romania.
