Data Analyst (Banking Analytics)

Location: Hybrid working model at Expo Business Park, ING Bank Romania

What you will do

• Gather, prepare, and analyze large datasets to support business strategies across customer, marketing, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets using clear and accurate metrics.
• Design and execute segmentation, campaign analyses, and product evaluations with stakeholders and senior analysts.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business drivers and recommend actions to improve customer understanding and campaign performance.
• Document dashboards, metrics, and models while performing regular data quality checks.
• Support advanced analytical frameworks with Data Scientists and Data Engineers and promote reusable scripts and methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Cybernetics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in data analysis, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience creating dashboards, conducting campaign and product analyses, and validating data.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
