Analyst I (Fintech)

Location: US-Remote; fixed schedule Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00am–4:00pm ET

Salary: $56,000–$73,000 standard remote or $58,000–$76,000 premium remote annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Monitor and resolve Data Exchange issues and automated alerts with high precision.
• Research anomalies and unexpected data patterns to identify root causes and protect service continuity.
• Execute runbooks, identify outdated procedures, and escalate operational risks to leadership.
• Support incidents from detection through resolution and root-cause identification.
• Prepare complete context for cross-functional partners handling complex escalations.
• Analyze trends and develop familiarity with payroll and money movement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant experience in operations or real-time monitoring.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced queue-facing environment.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to use documentation independently.
• Aptitude for learning foundational technical skills, including basic querying and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to support critical business needs outside standard business hours when required.
