Machinist I (CNC)

Salary: $20.90–$22.99 USD per hour, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machine tools according to work orders and defined instructions.
• Manufacture products according to build schedules while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Inspect output against visual and dimensional specifications and remove defective parts.
• Record quality and traceability information, maintain cell boards, and manage visual production controls.
• Perform equipment maintenance and report complex malfunctions to mechanics.
• Participate in daily planning, problem solving, project work, and new equipment or product improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with moderate supervision.
• Formal training or considerable work experience developing relevant machining skills.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems in the assigned work area using established solutions.
• Ability to maintain an organized work area and follow department quality standards.
