Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) (Travel Operations)

Location: Black Sea region — Romania, Bulgaria and Greece. Hybrid work model with an office-first approach.

What you will do

• Prepare bus partners operationally and technically for new route launches.
• Monitor route punctuality, safety, quality and additional services.
• Train drivers and provide ongoing technical and operational support to partners.
• Manage partner and stakeholder relationships across assigned markets.
• Lead operational projects, improvement initiatives and crisis action plans.
• Conduct vehicle and driver inspections, report results and manage day-to-day operational ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in bus operations, transportation processes and partner management.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Bulgarian or Greek.
