Sr. Mgr., Technical Program Management (Cloud)

Location: Holtsville, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Holtsville office and 2 days remote within the US.

Salary: $156,960–$235,440 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive equal to 20% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, architecture, rollout, and continuous evolution of a cloud-based platform consolidating Zebra’s device management ecosystem.
• Direct cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams delivering a unified customer experience across multiple business units.
• Own the strategic roadmap, program planning, execution, scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk management.
• Manage the core platform team and establish contribution models, governance standards, and collaboration frameworks.
• Drive continuous delivery, monthly releases, lean release-cycle improvements, and high platform uptime.
• Present program status and recommendations to senior leaders while resolving obstacles and building organizational consensus.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of engineering or program management experience in product development, including experience managing fast-paced product environments.
• At least 2 years of team supervision or management experience and 3 or more years in a people-leader role.
• Experience leading or managing cloud-based software and complex, large-scale programs across multiple products or business units.
• Knowledge of API-first design, API lifecycle management, shared cloud platforms, DevOps principles, and software licensing models.
• Ability to lead organizational change, influence senior technical and business stakeholders, govern technical standards, and connect technical goals to business outcomes.
