Office Manager (Temporary for 6 months)

What you will do

• Lead global employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage the Admin service request ticketing system and ensure requests are tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Own office seating arrangements and optimize space allocation across all floors.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and restocking of food, beverages, and office supplies.
• Directly manage the Housekeeper and coordinate the distribution of supplies, equipment, and refreshments.
• Handle office safety and security protocols while supporting other Admin team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving, independence, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
