Content Technical Writer (AI)

Location: Remote contract available in Canada, South Africa, or the United States

What you will do

• Create impactful, objective-oriented content for clients and brands.
• Research, brainstorm, and pitch compelling article topics.
• Fact-check, proofread, and edit content for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Work with internal teams to identify opportunities and improve existing content and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in development, engineering, or writing about these topics.
• Experience with APIs and databases.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, rules files, and structuring context for AI coding assistants.
• Experience writing about low-code and fair-code.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, fast learning ability, and strong project and workload management.
• Ability to meet deadlines and proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Docs, Slides, and Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or agency environment.
• Experience working with a content management system.
• SEO experience with topic selection, keywords, title tags, and meta descriptions.
