Product Manager

Location: Colombia — Remote

hirify.global develops software supply-chain management and security solutions, including Nexus Repository, for enterprise customers and software developers.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and feature execution for the core Nexus Repository product.
• Build product objectives and remove execution bottlenecks to support timely delivery.
• Define mechanisms to measure product performance, adoption, and future functionality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Support, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate with peer Product Managers working on platform, security, and AI governance features.
• Improve prioritization and product management execution practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on software development or engineering experience, including previous software projects or coding experience.
• Practical understanding of software development at scale, enterprise compliance, artifact repositories, and SDLC security controls.
• Experience taking end-to-end ownership, overcoming organizational roadblocks, and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience working with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, and engineering teams.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills are required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise software, SaaS, banking, finance, or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience as a software developer who transitioned into Product Management, or deep technical fluency with developer workflows and SDLC security.
