Product Manager (AI) (AI workflows and implementation): Translating client needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, prototypes, and agent behavior during software implementations with an accent on requirements gathering, workflow design, and AI-assisted prototyping. Focus on solving ambiguous client problems within constrained product spaces, refining solutions with implementation engineers, and feeding recurring patterns back into the core product.
Location: Bogota, Colombia; 100% remote

What you will do
- Gather and clarify business requirements during client implementations.
- Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
- Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions using modern AI tools.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers and implementation engineers to refine solutions and support deployments.
- Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed product insights back into the core product.
- Document decisions, edge cases, process changes, and deployment handoffs.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–2 years of genuine product management experience.
- Ability to prototype with AI tooling such as Claude Code or agent-building frameworks and understand how agents are built and how data moves between them.
- Hands-on experience with prompting, lightweight coding tools, prototyping, and workflow design.
- Ability to translate client problems into software configuration solutions within a constrained product space.
- Comfort participating in workshops and cross-functional client sessions.
- Strong systems thinking, judgment with incomplete information, ownership, bias to action, and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles.
- Background in startup, SaaS, or technical services environments.
